What is this course all about?

Revit is a Building Information Modeling (BIM) tool. It helps Structural Engineering design & optimize building performance  in the design process, run cost estimates, and monitor performance changes over the project’s and building’s lifetime. With Revit Structure it is easy to RCC design, Steel structure design & detailing, sections schedules, and 3D views, and generate photorealistic renderings.

Course Objectives

To take full advantage of Building Information Modeling, the Autodesk Revit Structure  training has been designed to teach the concepts and principles from building design through construction documentation using the Autodesk Revit Structure software. This training guide is intended to introduce students to the user interface and the basic building components of the software that makes it a powerful and flexible structural modeling tool. The goal is to familiarize you with the tools necessary to create, modify, analyze, and document the parametric model.
